# Nova In Silico > Nova In Silico is a clinical-stage AI company that builds mechanistic (quantitative systems pharmacology, QSP) disease models, Digital Twins, and virtual populations to simulate clinical trials in silico before enrolling patients. It works two ways: Nova Services, where Nova's modeling scientists build and run the model for you, and Jinkō, the company's in silico clinical trial simulation platform for humans and AI agents. Nova In Silico SAS is based in Lyon, France, and was founded in 2024. The company applies biosimulation and AI-assisted, agentic pharmacometrics to model-informed drug development, helping biopharmaceutical teams test, compare, and optimize clinical trial designs on thousands of virtual patients before accruing human subjects. Key facts: - What it does: mechanistic QSP disease and treatment modeling, Digital Twins and Mechanistic Twins, virtual populations, and in silico (virtual) clinical trials. - Product: Jinkō, a mechanistic trial simulation platform. Agent-ready, with a REST API, an MCP-compatible SDK, deterministic and reproducible runs, and full auditability. It builds models from literature, simulates heterogeneous cohorts and millions of scenarios, and deploys in private cloud or Kubernetes so data never leaves the customer firewall. - Validated predictions: Nova has reproduced Phase III trial readouts prospectively and blinded, including FLAURA2/MARIPOSA in EGFR-mutated NSCLC and ASCVD outcomes with the SIRIUS cardiometabolic model (published in npj Digital Medicine). - Therapeutic coverage: oncology, immunology and inflammation, cardiometabolic, respiratory, infectious disease, and more, in a library of 100+ disease and treatment models. - Contact: contact@novainsilico.ai. Careers are based in Lyon. ## Core pages - [Home](https://novainsilico.ai/): overview of Nova In Silico, its services, and the Jinkō platform for in silico clinical trials. - [Jinkō platform](https://novainsilico.ai/jinko): the mechanistic clinical trial simulation platform, its AI-assisted model building, agentic capabilities, SDK, and enterprise deployment. - [Applications](https://novainsilico.ai/applications): use cases from discovery to market, including model-informed trial design, synthetic and external control arms, and translational modeling. - [Digital Twin](https://novainsilico.ai/digital-twin): how Nova's Digital Twin and Mechanistic Twin technology works for clinical research and development. - [Model library](https://novainsilico.ai/model-library): searchable library of mechanistic QSP disease and treatment models across major therapeutic areas. - [About](https://novainsilico.ai/about): company mission, team, and approach to transforming R&D efficiency with in silico modeling. ## Evidence and content - [Evidence](https://novainsilico.ai/evidence): publications, posters, case studies, and white papers behind Nova's models and predictions. - [Case studies](https://novainsilico.ai/case-studies): in-depth studies of in silico trials and mechanistic modeling projects. - [White papers](https://novainsilico.ai/white-papers): technical white papers on clinical trial simulation and QSP. - [Publications and posters](https://novainsilico.ai/publications-posters): peer-reviewed publications and conference posters. - [Blog](https://novainsilico.ai/blog): updates and insights on in silico clinical trials, QSP, Digital Twins, and biosimulation. - [News and conferences](https://novainsilico.ai/news): news and conference attendance. - [Nova at ACoP 2026](https://novainsilico.ai/acop-2026): the team attending ACoP 2026, and the tutorial, talk, and six posters Nova presents there. ## Get in touch - [Request a Jinkō demo](https://novainsilico.ai/try-jinko): run a first in silico trial simulation. - [Contact](https://novainsilico.ai/contact): talk to Nova's modeling scientists. - [Careers](https://novainsilico.ai/careers): open positions in Lyon.
